Robert Stafford is a licensed General Contractor with over 30 years of noted expertise as a G.C. and C-27 Landscape Contractor. R.S.I. provides pre-construction services in addition to design services, all the way through the Entitlement Permit process. He specializes in converting underutilized spaces into functional areas, including A.D.U.s and home interiors. This comprehensive approach provides clients with the ability to control both the design and budget from the onset. R.S.I. is located on the San Francisco Peninsula and enjoys working on projects in San Mateo, Santa Clara, and San Francisco Counties.

A Peninsula native, Robert has been self-employed since his early teens, beginning as a gardener, where he quickly learned that every project matters—whether enhancing a family's backyard or building out a commercial property.
